"I was getting messed around royally by Direct Auto Insurance (Esurance sold me to them when they quit covering auto in NC, never ever use Direct Auto!!!), and I was freaking out. I contacted this agency, as they were the first State Farm to pop on my search (which was weird because there are other State Farm agencies closer), but the Universe was looking out for me in this instance because I was connected with Dania! She was so amazing. She confirmed that I was getting raked over the coals by that trash company and got me set up with a much better policy over the phone on my lunch break! She always answers my texts with questions, she is friendly, conscientious, thorough, honest, and saved my butt! I haven't had to use the policy for anything, (Thank goodness I have a teenage driver so everyday without a claim is a small miracle), but I'm confident Dania and the others in the office have my back. We all know insurance is a dirty word. The health insurance companies are literally completely ruining the American health care system, and honestly I had never had a truly positive experience with any insurance company until Dania. They are a small office, they answer the phone, they take care of their actual neighbors. Insurance may be a necessary evil, but your insurance company doesn't need to be evil. If you want to give your business to one of the good guys go with John Grimes State Farm and ask for Dania, she won't steer you wrong!"

"I called to report a change in residential address for my renter's insurance. Both Brittney and Samantha were spectacular and ended up saving me money when that was not the intent of the call with a discount I was eligible for through an additional State Farm service.

I called expecting to just report the change and left the encounter feeling a lot more positive than before and saving money.

This is normally very rare but I have had nothing but good interactions with State Farm and this specific office as well."
